Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ride Proud purchase and we just want us to be fair to each other.

Therefore, we follow the guidelines of the Australian Consumer Law – you can see it here: Refund Goods

If for any reason your order is not as you expected, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase, when it is returned in saleable condition with tags still attached, and in accordance with the points below:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days from delivery and will be credited back depending on how you paid for them.
  • Items that show signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted for return.
  • We can't offer returns if you change your mind.
  • We can't offer refunds if you change your mind.

The best way for both of us is for you to try on your new riding garments and check them for fit and finish, with the tags on. Please don't wear them for any length of time and certainly don't ride in them and then expect a return for a change of size. They need to be returned 'as new' for us to be able to sell them to someone who does fit that size.

If you've chosen the wrong size, you can mail them back to us and we'll arrange to send you the size you'd like.

If the item is faulty, we'll refund you the postage without question. Faulty does not include garments damaged from incorrect washing (so please read the care instructions!), nor does faulty mean where pants have been clearly stressed from wearing an incorrect size. Please phone or email and discuss prior to returning your purchase so that we are expecting it and are ready to action the return or refund.

You should ensure your return is safely packaged and forwarded together with your invoice/receipt and be sure to get a tracking number.
